Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Danoon is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We proudly offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your location and carrier service.

Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide!
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

Please note that international shipments may take 2–4 weeks depending on location.


In-Store Pickup

We currently do not offer in-store pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your provided address.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep. If tracking information is delayed, please allow 48–72 hours for updates from the carrier.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at danoondubai@outlook.com.
We’ll replace or refund your order at no extra cost after verifying the issue. Please include clear photos of the product and packaging.


Shipping Delays

Danoon is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs clearance, or any events outside our control.
