Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days for different sizes or styles, depending on availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
