At Danoon, we’re committed to delivering handcrafted jewelry you’ll love and treasure. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
  • To start a return, please contact us at danoondubai@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days for different sizes or styles, depending on availability.

  • Please contact us first to confirm your exchange request.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Shipping is available on all domestic orders.

  • Domestic delivery: Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

  • International delivery: Shipping times vary depending on the destination country.

  • You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

  • We do not offer in-store pickup at this time.
